Thank you for choosing Kickback, a game developed by Avian Hearts Studios Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our game Kickback (the "Game"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game.

1. Age Requirement

• The Game is designed for players aged 3 and older. Upon initial access, we require players to state their age to ensure appropriate content and features are available based on applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration

• Kickback does not require traditional account registration. However, players may optionally link their Apple ID or Google Play Games ID to transfer their game data between devices.

3. Subscription and In-Game Purchases

• Kickback offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription that provides access to all in-game content for ₹29. Subscription details, including pricing and cancellation options, are outlined in the App Store and Google Play.

• Players may also purchase in-game currency to buy weapons and skins. Available tiers include:

  • Warrior's Wallet

  • Champion's Chest

  • Vault of Valor

4. Advertisements

• While Kickback contains advertisements, we ensure they are not tied to any user-specific data.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• Kickback does not collect personal user data. The game does collect aggregated analytics, which are detailed in our Privacy Policy [insert link to Privacy Policy].

6. Player Conduct

• Players are expected to maintain a respectful and civil gaming environment. We prohibit inflammatory or unreasonable behavior beyond normal competitive play. Non-compliance may result in the suspension or termination of access.

7. Termination

• Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access to Kickback without notice. We reserve the right to enforce these Terms to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes, we encourage players to contact our support team first. If disputes remain unresolved, parties may seek legal resolution in the courts of Maharashtra, India.

10. Intellectual Property

• Kickback and all related content, including in-game assets acquired from the Asset Store, are the property of Avian Hearts Studios Private Limited. Use of these assets is governed by applicable intellectual property laws.
